12-month cost · not a monthly headline
What You Actually Pay Over a Year
10 of 35 GLP-1 clinics we track publish enough for us to calculate a real 12-month cost with no material caveat. 8 more produce a real number too, but with something specific flagged — 18 of 35in total. The rest either don't publish a verified price, or a required cost component — usually medication itself — is never itemized. We show which is which, and why, below.
The number that reads cheapest isn't the number you're committing to
Ivim Health lists at $100/mo — the lowest headline rate of any clinic on this page.
This reads as the cheapest number on the page — $100/mo — but it's not billed month-to-month. It's a $600, 6-month bundle, and Ivim's own Terms and Conditions state explicitly that cancellation is not available once the program has started. By month 1 you're already committed to the full $600, not $100. A second bundle is assumed to reach 12 months, at the same rate — not confirmed, since we only have pricing for the bundle itself. Compare to Telos Rx, which states "cancel anytime, no penalties."
Clean — the number holds (10)
Every dollar figure needed is known and verified. No material caveat.
- Monthly rate (yearly plan, all-inclusive): $179/mo
- Monthly rate (all-inclusive): $199/mo
- Monthly rate (all-inclusive): $199/mo
- Monthly rate (6-month plan): $125/mo
Month-to-month, no commitment, is $146/mo instead — a real, published alternative, not an unknown.
- Monthly rate (weekly injectable semaglutide): $129/mo
Daily oral lozenge is $199/mo instead — a different, real, published tier, not an unknown.
- Monthly rate (injectable/sublingual semaglutide): $199/mo
- Monthly rate (injectable semaglutide, all-inclusive): $99/mo
Computed, with a caveat (8)
A real number, but something specific is flagged as excluded or unconfirmed — never silently treated as zero.
- 6-month bundle (locked, non-cancellable): $600 (one-time)
- Second 6-month bundle (renewal, same rate assumed): $600 (one-time)
Caveat: This reads as the cheapest number on the page — $100/mo — but it's not billed month-to-month.
- Month 1 membership (promotional): $39 (one-time)
- Membership, month 2 onward: $79/mo
- Medication (from): $60/mo
Caveat: Membership and medication are billed separately, and both are known: $39 for month 1 only (verified promotional rate, stated with an expiry), $79/mo standard membership after that, plus medication from $60/mo. This is one of the few providers where a real month-1-vs-ongoing split AND the full medication cost are both documented, not just one or the other.
- Month 1 (documented first-month rate): $139 (one-time)
- Ongoing rate, month 2 onward (all-inclusive): $199/mo
Caveat: Pallas's own page states both numbers directly: "$139 first month · then $199/mo avg." One fee covers provider care and shipping, no separate membership charge — so unlike Mochi, there's no third unknown component here.
- Monthly rate: $119/mo
Caveat: Oak's own FAQ gives this figure ("programs start at as little as $119/month") but doesn't itemize plan length or promotional terms behind it. This total assumes month-to-month billing at $119 — we don't know if a longer commitment or different terms actually apply.
- Monthly rate: $59/mo
Caveat: The $59/mo rate is verified, but commitment and cancellation terms aren't disclosed anywhere on WellMedr's site. This total assumes month-to-month billing, which is unconfirmed.
- Monthly rate (12-month prepay tier): $139/mo
Caveat: $139/mo is specifically the 12-month prepay rate. Shorter commitments cost more on the same site: $149/mo (6-month), $159/mo (3-month), $179/mo (1-month, no commitment) — this total is only what you'd pay at the longest, cheapest commitment tier.
- Monthly rate (12-month prepay tier): $99/mo
Caveat: $99/mo requires a 12-month prepay commitment. HealthRX's own prominently-displayed headline price is $133/mo (3-month plan) — a real, different total depending which commitment you actually choose.
- Monthly rate (GLP-1 Core semaglutide, 12-month prepay tier): $212/mo
Caveat: $212/mo is the 12-month tier, billed every 48 weeks. The shorter plans are real, published, and cost more: $224/mo (6-month), $237/mo (3-month), $249/mo month-to-month — $2,988 over a year if you don't commit. The first month is currently discounted by a promotion ($112 under the Labor Day banner, less still under the affiliate creative's $49 intro), which is excluded here because it applies once and the terms of the offer change; the ongoing rate is what's modelled.
Cannot be calculated (17)
“Price not verified” and “price on consultation” and “its own page states two different rates” are different facts — only some of them are the provider choosing not to publish a number at all.
Every figure on this page is generated from data/providers.ts at build time — nothing here is estimated or hand-typed per clinic. For per-provider price history and our full price-classification methodology, see price transparency. For the underlying scoring rubric, see editorial policy.
