Watch out for
Eli Lilly sued Mangoceuticals, the company behind MangoRx, on 31 October 2024 in the Northern District of Texas over the advertising of its compounded oral tirzepatide tablets, sold as TRIM. The case is settled: Mangoceuticals' quarterly report to the SEC for the period ended 31 March 2026 says that on 23 June 2025 it agreed to pay Lilly $20,000 and to stop marketing and selling its tirzepatide TRIM products on MangoRx.com. On 26 October 2026 MangoRx's weight-loss pages listed only Slim, compounded oral semaglutide, and its old TRIM product page returned not found. (Sources: Mangoceuticals, Inc.
