A portion of the outbound links on this site carry a tracking tag. Sign up through one and the clinic pays us a referral fee — your price doesn't change either way. That fee is what pays for the hours we spend re-checking prices and reading FDA filings.

FTC disclosure rules require us to say this plainly, so here it is. What decides a clinic's position is the scoring rubric on the editorial policy page, applied to evidence we've collected. No commission amount has ever changed a score, and none ever will— the rubric doesn't have a field for payout size to plug into.

We review the GLP-1 clinics we hold a commercial relationship with. 26 of the 30 pay us a referral fee if you sign up through our link; 4 have paused their programs, so we earn nothing from them today and their pages carry no link. The score is computed from a published rubric that never reads commission — but we are not claiming to cover the market, and we do not review clinics we have no relationship with.

That is a narrower claim than the one this page used to make, and it is deliberately narrow. A ranking of our own partners is worth exactly what its method is worth, so the method is published in full, the evidence behind each score is on each clinic's page, and every mistake we have found is listed on the editorial policy page rather than quietly fixed.
