$199/mo, billed monthly, cancel anytime covers consultation, medication and delivery, and we found no evidence it rises later. But HumeCare+'s own terms reserve the right to bill charges outside that figure without stating how much, so treat it as a reliable floor rather than a guaranteed total.

Verified live 2026-09-10. $199/month is published on HumeCare's own pages and reachable WITHOUT our affiliate link, so the price we score is the one any visitor sees. In fact the reverse of the usual problem applies here: the page our affiliate link lands on (humecare.com/) shows no price at all, while the public program page does. The clearest statement is on humecare.com/pages/gs-microdose-glp1-rx: "$199/ month — Includes medication (if prescribed), ongoing care, and full program access. Cancel anytime", with the small print "$199/month, billed monthly" and the FAQ answer "It starts at $199 for the first 4-week supply, then $199/mo. That includes your medication, clinical visits, coaching, and the full Humecare program." WHAT THE $199 BUYS, AND WHICH PRODUCT IT BELONGS TO: the compounded GLP-1 protocol (compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide, injectable or microdosed) with clinician evaluation, ongoing prescription management, coaching and app access included. The same $199 headline carries the oral protocol (/pages/oral-lp) and the peptide protocol (/pages/peptide-lp); we found no page on which any HumeCare product costs anything other than $199. WHY NO $597 FIGURE IS RECORDED: HumeCare's affiliate program page states "3-month commitment required", which would make the real entry cost $597 up front. Every public surface HumeCare controls says the opposite. The program page says "billed monthly" and "Cancel anytime"; the homepage trust bar and both oral landers say "Cancel subscription anytime" / "Automatic refills - cancel anytime"; and the Terms of Service (app.humecare.com/terms-conditions, §8) describe "monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual terms" with cancellation available "at any time" up to 48 hours before renewal, naming no minimum term anywhere. A commitment we cannot find on any page a buyer can read is not a commitment we can publish, so $199/month monthly is what is recorded. LIMIT OF THIS CHECK, STATED PLAINLY: HumeCare's own funnel gates the plan grid behind an intake that asks for a name before it shows any price, and we do not submit personal or medical details to a clinic's intake to read a price. So we can confirm what HumeCare publishes; we cannot confirm what its checkout offers. If a 3-month tier exists there, it is disclosed nowhere a stranger can see it, which is itself the finding. TWO CHARGES THAT SIT OUTSIDE THE $199, both from the Terms and neither quantified on any public page: §8 reserves the right to bill "additional charges outside the membership fee at Hume's sole discretion" for "certain medications, dosages, formulations, or fulfillment options", and §8A refers to "the clinical consultation fee assessed at enrollment and each refill", non-refundable and excluded from the guarantee under all circumstances. Neither is a step-up, so neither makes the rate a promotional one; both are why this price is recorded as re-verifiable rather than settled.
