This includes the cost of your provider visits, medication, supplies, and ongoing support"), and on the programs page it buys either daily compounded liraglutide injections or compounded sublingual semaglutide (drops or tablets). Weekly semaglutide injections are $297/mo month-to-month. Longer plans are cheaper per month but locked: liraglutide is $1,428 for 12 months paid in full ($119/mo), semaglutide injections $2,364 for 12 months paid in full ($197/mo), and Henry's FAQ says that on a multi-month plan "you may be required to pay out the rest of your balance". THE PUBLISHED PRICES DO NOT AGREE WITH EACH OTHER. A rating resting mostly on old reviews reads differently than one built on recent ones. Claimed profile since April 2022, paid Trustpilot subscription, replied to 93% of negative reviews. (1) BBB RATES HENRY MEDS F. Searched on bbb.org 2026-10-04: the profile "Henry Meds" (alternate name Adonis Health Inc., 580 California St Ste 1200, San Francisco, phone (909) 787-2342, the same number printed on henrymeds.com) carries an F rating, is not BBB accredited, and shows 234 complaints closed in the last three years. The profile page itself was blocked when we tried to open it, so the complaint figures come from a saved copy of the page; BBB's stated reasons for the rating could not be read. (2) THREE PRICE LISTS THAT DISAGREE. The programs page, /landing/weight-management and the /landing/weight-loss landers price the same products differently: liraglutide $179/mo, $119/mo on a prepaid year, or "As low as $247/month"; oral tirzepatide $147, $234 or $297 a month. The programs page also labels two products "3-Month Supply" while describing each as delivered "for 6 months", and lists its "Semaglutide Oral" plan with a tirzepatide description. A "$150 off. New Year. New You." banner was still live in October. (3) "NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS" SITS NEXT TO A PAY-OUT CLAUSE. The FAQ answers "Does Henry require a long-term contract?" with "No long-term contracts! ... You can easily cancel any time", and two answers later says that on a multi-month plan "you may be required to pay out the rest of your balance". The Refunds policy adds that subscription fees "are generally non-refundable", with a prorated refund only when a clinician documents that you must stop for medical reasons. (4) THE "FREE EVALUATION" CARRIES A $30 FEE ONCE YOU ARE PRESCRIBED. The Terms and the Refunds policy both say Henry "collects a medical consultation fee of $30.00 for each provider evaluation that results in a prescription", non-refundable once a prescription is issued. It is bundled into the plan price, not charged on top, but the landers sell the evaluation as free. (5) NO PHARMACY, NO MEDICAL GROUP, NO STATE LIST. Medication comes from "licensed compounding pharmacies" that are never named; care is provided by an "Independent Professional Entity" that is never named; and the site says only that you must live "in one of the states we support" without listing them. The only legal address is 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 25428, Dover, DE 19904, a suite-numbered registered-agent address. (6) THE WEIGHT-LOSS FIGURES ARE HENRY'S OWN. "~18% of their body weight in a year" and "Lose up to 20%" cite a retrospective study of Henry's own patients (Rubio et al., J Clin Med Res 2025) whose corresponding author has a henrymeds.com address. They are not brand-drug trial results, and the same pages say compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. WHAT WE CHECKED AND FOUND CLEAN: the FDA warning-letter database returns no letter for "Henry Meds", "Adonis Health" or "henrymeds" (fda.gov datatables-data endpoint, exact phrase, 2026-10-04); every GLP-1 product page carries a compounded-drug disclaimer stating these drugs "do not undergo pre-market review or an FDA-approval process"; no page we read claims the compounded drugs are the same as a brand drug; the Trustpilot profile is live, claimed since April 2022, and its 4.4 roughly matches the "TrustScore 4.5, 12,212 reviews" Henry shows on its landers.
