A GLP-1 prescription requires a licensed clinician, and not every clinic is licensed to practise, or to ship compounded medication, in every state. Each page below carries the telehealth framework for that state and the clinics that have published a restriction naming it.

We hold a published state list for 30 of the 61 clinics we rank (8 of them name states they don't serve). For the rest we have no per-state data, so these pages do not say whether they serve a given state. A clinic saying nothing is not a clinic saying yes. What we publish is the restrictions clinics state themselves, plus what is specific to each state's rules.
