EverPrimeReviews & Cost (2026)
By Alexandru Vieru · Founder & Editor · Not medical advice
Independently researched · scored on our public 4-criteria methodology
Enhance.MD, LLC's second storefront: compounded semaglutide at $214 a month on a 12-month plan paid up front, with a video visit, labs every six months and named pharmacies and medical groups. Its "from $115" headline needs a $99 monthly membership that brings the total back to $214, and it publishes no list of the states it serves.
Short answer
EverPrime scores 6.8/10 (#45 of 61 clinics). $214/mo on the 12-month plan, paid upfront is the lowest tier EverPrime lists, but the page doesn't spell out the commitment behind it. Treat it as a floor, not a quote for what you'd actually pay. There is also a flagged concern. See Is EverPrime legit? below.

Scored on $214/mo for compounded semaglutide on the 12-month plan, paid upfront ($2,568 in the price list the sign-up flow loads), read on joineverprime.com on 30 October 2026. The same drug is $224/mo on 6 months, $237/mo on 3 months and $249/mo for a single month, the same at every dose. EverPrime advertises semaglutide "from $115" per month: that is the member price, which needs the $99/mo EverPrime Membership on top, and the page's own total for a member on the 12-month plan is $214/mo, the same as the standard price. Compounded tirzepatide is $280/$296/$313/$329 on the same four plan lengths. A semaglutide plus tirzepatide combination is $322/mo on 12 months in the sign-up flow's price list.
What you actually pay
- First payment
- The whole plan up front: $2,568 for 12 months of compounded semaglutide ($214 a month), $1,344 for 6 months or $711 for 3 months, or $249 for one month. As a member, the medication is $1,380 for 12 months and the membership is billed up front for the same length ($1,188 for 12 months). Totals read from the price list the sign-up flow loads, 30 October 2026.
- Recurring cost
- The same rate at every dose. Plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Commitment
- The 3, 6 and 12-month plans are paid up front, and EverPrime says payments already made are non-refundable.
- Cancelling
- Contact EverPrime 24 hours before your next billing date to skip or cancel a shipment. An order cannot be cancelled or refunded once the pharmacy has started preparing it. If a provider decides treatment is not right for you, you are refunded in full.
- HSA/FSA and insurance
- Cash-pay only, not billed to Medicare or Medicaid. EverPrime says it accepts HSA and FSA payment for eligible expenses.

Questions to ask EverPrime at intake
Each one is here because EverPrime’s pages left it open when we read them.
- Do you serve my state? EverPrime doesn't publish a list of states it can't serve.
- Is the longer plan charged up front, and can I switch to month-to-month later? At least one of its plans is billed for several months at once.
- Does my price change when my dose goes up? Its plan prices don't say whether they hold at higher doses.
Is EverPrime legit?
What we checked before publishing this page.
- ✓ A U.S.-licensed clinician reviews your case before anything is prescribed
- ✓ Intake includes a real medical questionnaire, not a rubber stamp
- ✓ Named price on their own site ($214/mo on the 12-month plan, paid upfront), verified 2026-11-02
- ✓ Ranked by the rubric on our editorial policy page. Payout status never enters into it

Watch out for
(1) THE "FROM $115" PRICE NEEDS A MEMBERSHIP. EverPrime's pages advertise semaglutide "from $115" per month. That is the member price, and members also pay the EverPrime Membership, $99 a month, billed up front for the length of the plan. The product page's own total for a member on the 12-month plan is $214 a month, the same as the standard price, and the same holds on every plan length. The weight-loss page's "YOU SAVE 40%" table ($711 for three months as a non-member, $414 as a member) leaves the membership out; with it, both pay $711. (2) ITS PAGES DISAGREE WITH EACH OTHER. The membership comparison table lists "Treatment visits, $99/visit" for non-members, while the semaglutide page lists the initial video visit and ongoing provider support as included. The membership page says members save "up to 40%" on medications in one place and "Up to 15% off" in another. Its billing answer says a 3-month medication plan is charged a 12-month membership at checkout. (3) BRAND TRIAL RESULTS NEXT TO A COMPOUNDED DRUG. The product pages show the SURMOUNT-5 results for the branded drugs and say "Our compounded medications use the same active ingredients", without saying on the same page that the compounded drug is not FDA-approved (its FAQ says compounded drugs "are not FDA-approved in the same way as commercially manufactured drugs"). (4) NO STATE LIST. EverPrime says availability varies by state and is confirmed during your intake; it publishes no list. (5) PREPAID PLANS ARE FINAL. Plans are paid up front and payments already made are non-refundable; an order cannot be cancelled once the pharmacy has started preparing it. WHO IS BEHIND IT: its Terms of Service (effective 16 September 2026) say joineverprime.com is owned and controlled by Enhance.MD, LLC (Lewes, Delaware), which also runs enhance.md; the two sites have different prices and pages. joineverprime.com was registered on 3 August 2026. WHAT WE CHECKED (30 October 2026): FDA's warning-letter database has no rows for EverPrime, Enhance.MD, its three medical groups or its five named pharmacies. Trustpilot has no profile for joineverprime.com. BBB has no profile under the EverPrime name; its search returns a profile for Enhance MD in Encinitas, California, with the same phone number. EverPrime shows a "LegitScript certified" badge we could not confirm, so we do not claim it. What the research says
Dr. Daniel J. Drucker (Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, University of Toronto. Co-discoverer of GLP-1 biology) reviewed the expanding evidence base for GLP-1 medicines beyond weight loss, including cardiovascular and kidney-disease benefit, alongside open questions on long-term safety that still require more data.

Score breakdown
Transparency is capped at 5.0. On the results section of its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide product pages (the weight-loss page shows the same SURMOUNT-5 figures), EverPrime says “Source: SURMOUNT-5 clinical trial, New England Journal of Medicine, 2025. Results reflect branded medications taken at maximum tolerated doses for 72 weeks. Our compounded medications use the same active ingredients but have not been studied in separate clinical trials, so results may differ.” and “In a 72-week clinical study, adults taking tirzepatide lost an average of approximately 20% of their starting body weight.” The product is compounded, and the same page does not say it is not FDA-approved. FDA's March 2026 warning letters to telehealth companies cited claims implying sameness with FDA-approved drugs. We apply this cap to every clinic, partner or not. Read the page (checked 2026-10-30).

How EverPrime works
- 1. Online intake. Complete a medical questionnaire and eligibility check (often BMI-based) covering your health history.
- 2. Clinician review. A licensed clinician reviews your information and, if appropriate, prescribes semaglutide or tirzepatide with a dose-titration plan.
- 3. Delivery & monitoring. Your prescription is filled by a pharmacy and sent to you, and your clinician follows up on dose changes along the way.
