Pricing details
Remedy Meds does not publish a price before intake. The real cost depends on what you're prescribed.
Remedy Meds does not publish a price for its compounded GLP-1 plans anywhere a visitor can see before the intake. We read the homepage with every FAQ answer opened, the Terms of Service, the telehealth consent and both privacy policies, all five safety pages, the 60 articles of its help center, its Patient Manual PDF and the quiz up to the first question that asks for your height and weight: none of them states a dollar amount for treatment. The homepage plan cards (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Microdose) and the "Retail Pricing" card for brand Ozempic and Zepbound all lead to the quiz without a figure. What the site does say about the shape of the price: the FAQ calls it "a simple all-inclusive pricing model with no hidden fees, no separate membership fees, and cost of medication all included in the price", and the help center says the monthly payment "remains the same regardless of dosage". The Terms add that the fee is "billed upfront for the entire subscription term" and that terms are offered as "monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month bundle", with the amounts given only at checkout. Discount banners on its campaign links ("$120 OFF YOUR FIRST MONTH", "$100 OFF YOUR FIRST MONTH") state a discount but not the price it comes off.

Questions to ask Remedy Meds at intake
Each one is here because Remedy Meds’s pages left it open when we read them.
- How do I cancel, and is anything refunded if I stop partway through a plan? We didn't find Remedy Meds's cancellation terms on the pages we read.
- Do I need lab work before starting, and what does it cost? Its pages don't say whether labs are needed or what they cost.

Independently verified on Trustpilot: 4.6/5 from 13,715 reviews (checked 2026-10-04). 5,503 of those (40%) are from the last 12 months. A rating resting mostly on old reviews reads differently than one built on recent ones. Claimed profile (July 2024), paid Trustpilot subscription, replies to 99% of negative reviews. Distribution 86% 5-star, 6% 1-star. Domain on the profile is remedymeds.com (matches). The homepage shows "Excellent 4.7" without naming a platform. Independently, BBB rates Remedy Meds LLC F (479 complaints closed in 3 years) and FDA warning letter 716830 is open; see "Watch out for". See reviews →
Watch out for
(1) AN OPEN FDA WARNING LETTER. On 9 September 2025 FDA's drug center wrote to Remedy Meds (MARCS-CMS 716830) that claims on remedymeds.com, "Semaglutide (Compounded) Same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy" and "Tirzepatide (Compounded) Same active ingredient as Mounjaro and Zepbound", made its compounded products misbranded. FDA's database shows no response letter and no close-out letter as of 4 October 2026. We did not find either sentence on the site that day; the letter itself is still open. (2) AN F RATING AT THE BBB. The Better Business Bureau profile for Remedy Meds LLC (Summit, NJ) shows an F rating and 479 complaints closed in the last three years. Its Trustpilot profile, by contrast, reads 4.6 from 13,715 reviews. (3) NO PRICE BEFORE YOU PAY. The cost is shown only at checkout, after the health quiz. The Terms say the fee is billed upfront for the whole subscription term and is non-refundable once paid, and they list 3, 6 and 12 month bundles alongside the monthly plan. The FAQ describes the program as month-to-month. Check which term you are buying before you pay. (4) THE GUARANTEE HAS CONDITIONS THE HOMEPAGE DOES NOT SHOW. The homepage says "Guaranteed or it's free" and "365-Day Money-Back Guarantee". The Terms limit it to new customers who stay enrolled for 12 straight months, receive all 13 shipments, stay on standard-dose compounded medication (no microdose, no brand), miss their own goal weight, and prove it with a clinician attestation or a filmed weigh-in sent within a set window. (5) THE STATES LIST DISAGREES WITH ITSELF. The FAQ excludes Louisiana; the Terms say all 50 states plus DC. We have used the shorter list. (6) NO PHARMACY AND NO ADDRESS ON THE SITE. Remedy Meds names no dispensing pharmacy and shows no street address; the Summit, NJ address appears on the FDA letter and the BBB profile, not on remedymeds.com. (Sources: remedymeds.com homepage and FAQ, /legal/terms-of-service, help.remedymeds.com, fda.gov warning letter 716830, bbb.org profile, trustpilot.com/review/remedymeds.com, all read 2026-10-04. No intake was submitted.)
FDA warning letter on file
Remedy Meds. MARCS-CMS 716830, issued 2025-09-09 by the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER).
FDA states it reviewed remedymeds.com in August 2025 and found the claims "Semaglutide (Compounded) Same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy" and "Tirzepatide (Compounded) Same active ingredient as Mounjaro and Zepbound", which it says are false or misleading under FDCA 502(a) and 502(bb), making the compounded products misbranded. Recipient address: 480 Morris Ave, Summit, NJ 07901. Signed by George Tidmarsh, Director, CDER.

What the research says
Dr. Daniel J. Drucker (Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, University of Toronto. Co-discoverer of GLP-1 biology) reviewed the expanding evidence base for GLP-1 medicines beyond weight loss, including cardiovascular and kidney-disease benefit, alongside open questions on long-term safety that still require more data.

Third-party records
What we found outside Remedy Meds's own site. BBB, its named pharmacy partner (or lack of one), and whether it publishes a real HIPAA notice.
Better Business Bureau
F rating · not BBB accredited · 479 complaints filed (checked 2026-10-04)
Matched on entity name (ToS: "Remedy Meds LLC, a Delaware limited liability company") and address (480 Morris Ave, Summit, NJ 07901, identical to the FDA letter's recipient address). The complaint figure counts complaints closed in the last 3 years. The answered/unanswered split could not be read. Read from an automated summary of the BBB profile, because the page itself was blocked when we tried to open it.
Pharmacy partner
Remedy Meds does not name the specific pharmacy that fills or compounds its medications (checked homepage + FAQ, Terms of Service, privacy policy, telehealth consent, /safety pages, 60 help-center articles, Patient Manual PDF, 2026-10-04). That is the norm for this category, not unusual for Remedy Meds specifically. Most providers we've checked don't name one either. Only "our compounding pharmacy", "one of our pharmacy partners", "licensed U.S. pharmacies" and the footer badge "Compounded By U.S.A. Licensed Pharmacies". No pharmacy named anywhere.
HIPAA disclosure
Not found. Checked 2026-10-04. The opposite of a HIPAA notice: the Privacy Policy has a section headed "HIPAA Does Not Apply": "Information provided through the Services, whether or not disclosed to either a Provider or a Pharmacy, is not considered 'protected health information' and is not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996". A separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy exists. The help center separately calls its video tool "HIPAA-compliant".
Who operates it
Operated by Remedy Meds LLC. Published on Remedy Meds's own site, checked 2026-10-04. ToS names "Remedy Meds LLC, a Delaware limited liability company" and the Professional Entities (OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC; JMP Medical, P.A.; KMG Medical Group MO, P.C.). No street address on remedymeds.com; 480 Morris Ave, Summit, NJ appears only on the FDA letter and BBB profile.
