$159/mo on a 12-month plan paid upfront ($199 month to month) is the lowest tier Shed lists, but the page doesn't spell out the commitment behind it. Treat it as a floor, not a quote for what you'd actually pay.

$159/mo is the 12-month semaglutide rate; the same injection is $179/mo on 6 months and $199/mo month-to-month. Tirzepatide is $239/mo on 12 months, $269/mo on 6 and $299/mo month-to-month. The product page prices every term per month; the longer terms are paid up front, per Shed's multi-month FAQ ("Total price: $1,074" for 6 months, "Total price: $1,908" for 12 months on semaglutide) and its terms, which say Shed receives the full program amount at purchase even through a buy-now-pay-later lender. About $1,908 for the first 12 months, by our arithmetic from Shed's published prices. Shed's multi-month FAQ (read 7 October 2026) gives the 12-month semaglutide plan as "Effective monthly rate: $159/month, Total price: $1,908", paid up front; its terms say Shed receives the full program amount at purchase even when you pay through a buy-now-pay-later lender, and that a 12-month plan delivers 48 weeks of medication, so a renewal would fall before month 12. Cancelling and refunds

Cancel in the Patient Portal, through the cancellation link in Shed's billing emails, or by email, at least 72 hours before the next billing or shipment date. A monthly plan runs to the end of the paid period. A multi-month plan can be cancelled only after its minimum term, and a refund covers only cycles whose medication hasn't shipped, with the months used repriced at the month-to-month rate. Advertised: “Reach your goal weight within 120 days, or your money back.” Shed's Terms (§16.1) refund what you paid Shed in the first 120 days only if you lose less than 5% of your starting weight and don't reach your recorded goal, you are a first-time user of the medication, stay medically eligible and keep the member commitments in §16.1.3.
