Short answer
Trimi scores 7.5/10 (#12 of 53 clinics). $99/mo on a 12-month plan, $1,188 billed upfront is the lowest tier Trimi lists, but the page doesn't spell out the commitment behind it. Treat it as a floor, not a quote for what you'd actually pay. There is also a flagged concern. See Is Trimi legit? below.

Questions to ask Trimi at intake
Each one is here because Trimi’s pages left it open when we read them.
- How do I cancel, and is anything refunded if I stop partway through a plan? We didn't find Trimi's cancellation terms on the pages we read.
- Do I need lab work before starting, and what does it cost? Its pages don't say whether labs are needed or what they cost.
- Is the longer plan charged up front, and can I switch to month-to-month later? At least one of its plans is billed for several months at once.
- Does my price change when my dose goes up? Its plan prices don't say whether they hold at higher doses.
- How do I reach a clinician between visits, and how fast do they reply? We didn't find a published support or messaging commitment.
Is Trimi legit?
What we checked before publishing this page.
- ✓ A U.S.-licensed clinician reviews your case before anything is prescribed
- ✓ Intake includes a real medical questionnaire, not a rubber stamp
- ✓ Named price on their own site ($99/mo on a 12-month plan, $1,188 billed upfront), verified 2026-10-14
- ✓ Ranked by the rubric on our editorial policy page. Payout status never enters into it
Watch out for
Trimi publishes its whole price list, its renewal rules and its clinical and pharmacy partners, which leaves its independent record as the main thing to weigh. (1) TRUSTPILOT HAS SUSPENDED ITS RATING. Trimi's Trustpilot page (trytrimi.com) reads "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines" and "We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company." Of the 67 reviews still shown, 54% give one star; the most recent include a patient who could not get an answer to a dosage question and one who says nothing shipped after payment. Trimi's own site links to REVIEWS.io instead, where it shows 4.6 from 78 reviews. BBB has no profile for Trimi. (2) THE $99 IS A YEAR PAID UP FRONT. $99 a month is the annual plan, billed $1,188 at checkout for a 12-month commitment; month to month, semaglutide is $175. You pay before a provider reviews you, and the order is refunded in full if you are not prescribed. Once a prescription is issued "the order is final": turning off renewal does not shorten or refund a term, and a later price cut does not reprice it. (3) THE MONEY-BACK PROMISE IS NARROW. It refunds plan fees only after six continuous months on the plan, with doses taken as prescribed, check-ins completed and a starting and six-month weight logged, and only if you lost no weight at all. (4) THE TERMS ARE NEW. Its Refund Policy and Terms of Service are both dated 13 October 2026; we read that version only. WHAT WE CHECKED AND FOUND CLEAN: the FDA warning-letter database has no letter to Trimi, TRYTRIMI LLC, Arora Health or BelieveRx (the only full-text matches for "Trimi" were letters about a different product, Trimix). Every page we read states that compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the trial figures in its FAQ say they do not establish results for Trimi's compounded preparations. A LegitScript link sits in the footer; LegitScript's checker sits behind a reCAPTCHA, so we do not assert a certification either way. What the research says
Dr. Daniel J. Drucker (Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, University of Toronto. How Trimi works
- 1. Online intake. Complete a medical questionnaire and eligibility check (often BMI-based) covering your health history.
- 2. Clinician review. A licensed clinician reviews your information and, if appropriate, prescribes semaglutide or tirzepatide with a dose-titration plan.
- 3. Delivery & monitoring. Your medication ships discreetly to your door, with check-ins and dose adjustments along the way.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Trimi cost?
Compounded semaglutide is $175 a month month to month, $435 every 3 months, $720 for 6 months or $1,188 for a year, which Trimi shows as $99 a month. Compounded tirzepatide is $235 a month, $597 every 3 months, $1,050 for 6 months or $1,500 for a year ($125 a month). Medication, supplies, provider care and shipping are included, and the price is the same at every dose. Read 14 October 2026.
Is Trimi legit?
Trimi is run by TRYTRIMI LLC. Its clinicians come from Arora Health and its compounded medication is made by BelieveRx, a 503A pharmacy with Texas licence #35264. We found no FDA warning letter to any of them. Its Trustpilot page shows no rating: Trustpilot says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that it removed fake reviews; 54% of the 67 reviews still shown give one star. BBB has no profile for Trimi (read 14 October 2026).
Can I cancel Trimi?
Before a clinician issues your prescription, yes, for a full refund. After that the order is final. Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically until you turn renewal off; 6-month and annual plans do not renew, but turning off renewal never shortens or refunds a term you already paid for. A 6-month money-back promise refunds plan fees only if you lost no weight after six continuous months on the plan, with doses and weigh-ins logged.
