Watch out for

Mochi publishes more of its pricing than most clinics here, which makes the places its pages disagree easier to see. (1) THREE DIFFERENT FIRST MONTHS. The site banner and the pricing card say the first month of the 1-month plan is free ("$0 due today for your first month"). The /weight-loss hero and the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide landing pages say "$39 for your first month of membership". The 3, 6 and 12 month cards say each total "includes a one-time $39 first-month discount", but the arithmetic is $79 off every time ($207 to $128, $354 to $275, $588 to $509), which is also what the provider pages print ("First-month discount -$79"). The "Terms apply." link under the banner returns a 404. (2) "CANCEL ANYTIME" ON A PREPAID PLAN. The $49/mo rate is a $588 prepaid year. The Terms of Use say "We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods", and cancelling only stops the renewal. Cancel anytime is true for the renewal, not for the money already paid. (3) TWO BILLS, AND THE MEDICATION ONE CAN MOVE. Every headline drug price excludes the mandatory membership, and the Terms add: "We may change the price for a Medication Subscription at any time for any reason." The pricing card says "No hidden fees" and the FAQ says shipping is included in medication prices, while the fine print on provider pages refers to "processing and transaction fees, and shipping and handling associated with your medication purchase". (4) HSA/FSA. The FAQ answers "Can I use my HSA or FSA account to pay for my Mochi membership?" with "Yes!". The Terms say the Monthly Subscription Fee is not a covered benefit under most HSA or FSA plans. (5) PRICES THAT DIFFER BY PAGE. The oral GLP-1 page lists the compounded semaglutide pill from $137 and compounded orforglipron from $59 (each "+ 25mg"), while their product pages say $62 and $31. The homepage shows Wegovy from $199 and Foundayo from $149, while the Wegovy page says "Price is based on patient insurance and pharmacy collection" and the Foundayo page shows no price. (6) TWO PRODUCT PAGES WITHOUT THE FDA LINE. The compounded semaglutide injection and tirzepatide pages state that "Compounded medications are not approved or evaluated by the FDA". The compounded semaglutide pill and compounded orforglipron product pages do not. Mochi's own blog says Foundayo, the FDA-approved brand of orforglipron, was approved on April 1, 2026, and that "Eli Lilly does not supply any of the ingredients used in compounded orforglipron." (7) NO PHARMACY NAMED. Mochi runs a pharmacy marketplace ("Choose your pharmacy: Compare pharmacies and find the best price"), and the Terms say prescriptions "may be filled by and transferred between any of the Pharmacies". None is named on the pages we read. Its former compounding partner, Aequita Pharmacy LLC of Kirkland, Washington, was placed under a Limited Stop Service by the Washington Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission on March 13, 2025 for allowing "untrained and unqualified staff to perform sterile compounding". NBC Bay Area reported on June 4, 2026 that Aequita closed in April 2026 and that Mochi now works with other pharmacies. That action is against the pharmacy, not against Mochi, and does not change Mochi's score. WHAT WE CHECKED AND FOUND CLEAN: the FDA warning-letter database returns no letter for "Mochi Health", "Mochi Health Corp", "Mochi Medical" or "joinmochi" (fda.gov, exact phrase, 2026-10-04; the two "Mochi" hits are vaping companies). BBB lists Mochi Health at 333 Bush St, San Francisco with an A rating as a BBB member. Trustpilot (joinmochi.com, claimed) reads 4.5 out of 5 across 19,078 reviews, 5,912 of them in the last 12 months, and the site does not display a higher figure. State action against a fulfillment partner (not Mochi Health, not FDA)

Washington State Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (Department of Health). Action against Aequita Pharmacy LLC, 12825 NE 126th Place, Kirkland, WA (PHAR.CF.61458335), Mochi Health's former compounding pharmacy partner (NBC Bay Area, 2026-06-04: 'Mochi worked with Aequita to create GLP-1 compounded medication'; Aequita closed in April 2026; Mochi 'working with other pharmacies nationwide'): Limited Stop Service issued March 13, 2025 (release 25-034): alleged failure to implement a plan of correction; deficient practices 'include allowing untrained and unqualified staff to perform sterile compounding, not properly supervising staff, and not adhering to sterile compounding procedures'. Aequita could not compound or distribute compounded products in Washington until resolved.

Against the pharmacy, not against Mochi Health. NBC Bay Area also reports whistleblowers told state investigators Mochi's CEO was directly involved in cost-cutting decisions at Aequita; that is a press account of whistleblower statements, not a regulator's finding against Mochi, and is not asserted on the site as fact.
