Watch out for
Noom prints its first-period price and its ongoing rate on the same line, which most clinics here do not. The gaps are elsewhere. (1) THE BILL IS QUARTERLY. $249 a month is billed quarterly, so each charge after the first period covers three months, and the terms say fees are non-refundable (§6.13). Cancelling stops the next period, not the current one. (2) NO NAMED MEDICAL GROUP OR PHARMACY. The terms say "your care comes from outside clinical partners, not Noom" and that compounded prescriptions "can only be dispensed" by its pharmacy partners. The transparency page describes those pharmacies as USP-compliant and state-regulated and names two pharmacists, but names no pharmacy and no prescribing group. (3) THE GLP-1Rx PLUS MOLECULE IS NOT NAMED ON THE PRICE CARD. The card says it "Activates both GLP-1 and GIP receptors"; the microdose page calls its products compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. (4) BRAND-NAME DRUGS ARE A SEPARATE BILL. The brand care plan is $39 to start, then $129 a month, and the medication is paid separately or through insurance; only Zepbound vials have a published self-pay price ($299/mo, through LillyDirect). (5) NO STATE LIST. The pricing page says "Not available in all 50 states" and names none. (6) THE REVIEW RECORD IS THE APP'S. Noom, Inc.'s Trustpilot profile reads 4.5 out of 5 across 67,127 reviews, nearly all about the Noom app; there is no separate record for Noom Med, so we do not use it as one. BBB notes that because of the volume of complaints it publishes 1 in every 5. WHAT WE CHECKED AND FOUND CLEAN: fda.gov's warning-letter database returns no letter for "Noom" (exact-phrase search on fda.gov's own data endpoint, 2026-10-14). Every page that mentions compounded medication also says it is not approved or reviewed by the FDA, and the brand trial figures on /med/ are labelled "for branded medications only". Pharmacy partners described (USP-compliant, state-regulated, FDA green-list API suppliers) and two pharmacists named, but no pharmacy is named.

Can I cancel Noom Med?
Yes, before the end of the current billing period; cancellation takes effect at the end of that period. Because the compounded programs are billed quarterly, that period is three months, and the terms say fees are non-refundable, except a three-business-day right to rescind for California residents.
