Verified live 2026-09-10 through Chromium on heandshemd.com/weight-loss/plans and /weight-loss/semaglutide-injection (both public, no affiliate parameters needed). The product is compounded Semaglutide Injection: $99/mo on the annual plan, published as "Pay $1,188 annually", medication, injection supplies, free shipping, unlimited messaging and provider support included, same price at every dose, no membership fee. THE SITE PUBLISHES TWO PRICE GRIDS FOR THE SAME PRODUCT AND THEY DO NOT AGREE. The plans page lists $99 (annual) / $139 (6-month, "Pay $834 every 6 months") / $149 (3-month, "Pay $447 every 3 months") / $199 (monthly). The product page's own "How much does treatment cost?" tab — which is collapsed by default, so you only see it if you open it — lists $99 (12 months) / $199 (6 months) / $219 (3 months) / $249 (1 month). Only the 12-month figure matches; the 6-month tier differs by $60/mo and the month-to-month tier by $50/mo. Compounded tirzepatide has the same split: $159/$199/$209/$299 on the plans page versus $159/$289/$309/$339 in the product tab. Brand-name cash-pay is offered at $1,299/mo (Ozempic) and $1,399/mo (Zepbound), each footnoted "Price for purchase of 12 months supply". Oral tiers are $209 (semaglutide) and $269 (tirzepatide) on 12 months. $99 is recorded because it is the only number both surfaces assert; every other tier on this site should be confirmed with He & She MD before paying. Not treated as promotional: a sitewide banner reads "Limited Time Offer: Injectable Semaglutide $199/month from just $139/month", but that banner quotes the 6-month tier, not the $99 annual rate, and the annual rate carries no expiry anywhere on the site.

Watch out for

Four things on He & She MD's own site do not hold up, and all four are checkable in a browser. (1) THE PRICE DEPENDS ON WHICH PAGE YOU READ. Its plans page and its semaglutide product page publish different grids for the same medication — $139 versus $199 for the 6-month plan, $149 versus $219 for 3 months, $199 versus $249 month-to-month. Only the $99 annual rate agrees. Tirzepatide splits the same way. Get the number for your plan length in writing before you pay. (2) THE RATING HAS NOTHING BEHIND IT. The site displays "(4.9) Rated Excellent — trusted by thousands of patients", an "Excellent" review badge, and "5.0/5.0 Rated on the App Store". He & She MD does have a claimed Trustpilot profile, opened August 2025 — and it holds zero reviews and a 0.0 rating (checked directly, 2026-09-10). We could not find the corpus those numbers come from. (3) THE CANCELLATION ROUTE IS A TEMPLATE PLACEHOLDER. The Terms of Service, last revised 11 January 2022, tell you to cancel by "calling us at [INSERT CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE]" — the placeholder is unfilled, and appears three times. The same document describes a monthly membership "charged on a recurring, monthly basis (approximately every 28-30 days)", which is not the product the site sells; there is no description anywhere of what happens to a $1,188 annual prepayment if you stop. What it does say is that "Once paid, your Membership Fee is non-refundable" and "Any Membership Fees paid prior to the date of cancellation are non-refundable". (4) THE PAGES THAT SHOULD EXPLAIN THE CLINIC ARE EMPTY. /about-us/ and /faqs/ render navigation and footer only — no company story, no clinician names, no contraindications. No GLP-1 contraindication (thyroid C-cell tumour history, MEN 2) is published anywhere we could find on the site, which nearly every peer here does state. Smaller, but telling: the pricing table on the Tirzepatide Oral page is headed "Sermorelin Injectable Pricing" and the one on the Semaglutide Oral page is headed "Semaglutide Injectable Pricing" — copy pasted from other product lines. On the credit side, and it is real credit: the shipping policy names the states it will not serve, the Terms name Beluga Health, P.A. as the treating professional entity and Bask Health as the platform, and the FDA warning-letter database returns zero rows for "He and She MD", "heandshemd", "Beluga Health" and "Bask Health" (checked directly against fda.gov, 2026-09-10). Note also that the shipping policy's own phrasing — "47 continental US states (excluding Hawaii and Guam)" — miscounts: there are 48 continental states. What the research says

Dr. Daniel J. Drucker (Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, University of Toronto — co-discoverer of GLP-1 biology) reviewed the expanding evidence base for GLP-1 medicines beyond weight loss, including cardiovascular and kidney-disease benefit, alongside open questions on long-term safety that still require more data.
