Summarize this page with

One of the few clinics here that names its actual pharmacies and medical groups, publishes every plan length with its billing cadence, and bundles metabolic lab work every six months — but it's priced at the top of this set and it doesn't ship to 11 states.

Short answer

Enhance.MD scores 7.5/10 (#14 of 37 clinics). $212/mo is the ongoing rate, not the number you'll see advertised — Enhance.MD fronts an introductory $112 first month, and $212/mo is what it costs from month two onward. Budget for the ongoing figure, not the headline. There is also a flagged concern — see Is Enhance.MD legit? below.

Our verdict

Enhance.MD earns 7.5/10 and ranks #14 of 37online GLP-1 clinics we've scored. One of the few clinics here that names its actual pharmacies and medical groups, publishes every plan length with its billing cadence, and bundles metabolic lab work every six months — but it's priced at the top of this set and it doesn't ship to 11 states.

Pricing details

$212/mo is the ongoing rate, not the number you'll see advertised — Enhance.MD fronts an introductory $112 first month, and $212/mo is what it costs from month two onward. Budget for the ongoing figure, not the headline.

Verified live 2026-09-01 on enhance.md/product/core-semaglutide (the price grid) and enhance.md/weight-loss. The product is GLP-1 Core, compounded semaglutide: $212/mo on the 12-month plan (billed every 48 weeks), $224/mo on 6-month, $237/mo on 3-month, $249/mo month-to-month — same price at every dose, with medication, ongoing provider care, metabolic lab testing every 6 months and 2-day shipping included. GLP-1 Advanced (compounded tirzepatide) runs $280/$296/$313/$329 across the same four plan lengths. The headline numbers on the site are first-month promos, not the ongoing rate: the sitewide banner reads "Labor Day Sale... Save up to $150 on your first order" and the weight-loss page prints "Starting at $112 first month, $212/month"; stacking codes SUMMER100/SUMMER50 are also shown. Enhance.MD's own affiliate creative advertises a lower intro still — "$49 on semaglutide, $99 on tirzepatide, first month of a 12-month subscription only, new subscribers only, cannot be combined." All of those are first-month-only, so none is recorded as the price; $212 is the rate that actually recurs. A separate Microdosing Tirzepatide tier at $169/mo is NOT used here — Enhance.MD's own page frames it as longevity-focused metabolic support where "weight loss may occur, but isn't the primary aim," the same reason Gala Health's $149 microdosing tier is excluded from a weight-loss ranking.

Is Enhance.MD legit?

What we checked before publishing this page.

Independently verified on Trustpilot: 4.1/5 from 159 reviews (checked 2026-09-01). 32 of those (20%) are from the last 12 months — a rating resting mostly on old reviews reads differently than one built on recent ones. Domain check passed: the profile's own listed website is enhance.md, identical to the domain our affiliate link resolves to (track.revoffers.com offer 738 / url_id 10396 -> enhance.md/weight-loss/). Read directly off the profile page, not a search snippet. 159 reviews clears this site's 10-review floor, but only 32 of them are from the last 12 months — the rating leans on an older body of reviews. Watch out for

Enhance.MD doesn't ship to 11 states — Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia. That's the widest coverage gap of any clinic we rank except MangoRx (12 states), and it's worth checking before you start an intake. One caveat on that list: Enhance.MD's own FAQ says it is "licensed in all 50 states" but has only launched in 40 plus DC, and its published launch list DOES include West Virginia — while its affiliate terms exclude it. We've used the more restrictive list. If you're in West Virginia, confirm directly with Enhance.MD before paying. Separately, the advertised $212/mo requires prepaying a 12-month plan billed every 48 weeks; month-to-month is $249/mo. The Terms of Service say only that subscriptions "auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle" and that "full subscription and payment terms are provided at checkout" — what happens if you cancel a 48-week prepay early is not published before purchase, and prescription products "cannot be returned for any reason." What the research says

Dr. Daniel J. Drucker (Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, University of Toronto — co-discoverer of GLP-1 biology) reviewed the expanding evidence base for GLP-1 medicines beyond weight loss, including cardiovascular and kidney-disease benefit, alongside open questions on long-term safety that still require more data.

Third-party records

What we found outside Enhance.MD's own site — BBB, its named pharmacy partner (or lack of one), and whether it publishes a real HIPAA notice.

Better Business Bureau

No BBB profile found for Enhance.MD (checked 2026-09-01).

No BBB profile found for Enhance.MD LLC (the Delaware entity named in its own Terms of Service). Searched the bbb.org directory directly for "Enhance.MD" across the US: 487 results, none matching this telehealth entity — the closest names returned are unrelated businesses (Enhanced Roofing, Enhanced Payment Systems, Enhance Appliance Services). Absence here is a checked, reported fact — no profile exists, which is different from an unrated or a poorly rated one.

Pharmacy partner

  • Rite-Away Pharmacy (San Antonio, TX)

No FDA warning letters. Exact-phrase full-text search on fda.gov for "Rite-Away Pharmacy" and for "Rite Away" returned zero rows for both, checked 2026-09-01.

  • Vios Compounding Pharmacy (Livonia, MI)

No FDA warning letters. Exact-phrase full-text search on fda.gov for "Vios Compounding" and for "Vios" returned zero rows for both, checked 2026-09-01.

  • Beauty Empower Rx, LLC dba TruMedsRx (Fairfax, VA)

No FDA warning letters. Exact-phrase full-text search on fda.gov for "Beauty Empower Rx" and for "TruMedsRx" returned zero rows for both, checked 2026-09-01.

Unusual for this category: Enhance.MD names all three fulfilment pharmacies outright in its Terms of Service, each with a website, phone, email and street address. Every provider audited in this file before now names none. Each partner was checked individually against the FDA warning-letter full-text search on fda.gov (2026-09-01) — zero letters for all three.

HIPAA disclosure

Published — a real HIPAA-specific notice, checked 2026-09-01. Dedicated "Use and Disclosure of Your Health Information" section running to several hundred words: treatment/operations uses, the specific legal grounds for disclosure without consent (public-health reporting, law enforcement under court order, abuse reporting, health-oversight activity, coroner requests), and the patient's own rights — access in writing with a written explanation if denied, amendment of incorrect information, and how to complain. Not just a footer HIPAA badge.
