It names its legal entity and address, names both medical groups that actually employ the prescribers (Enhance Wellness PC and iThriveMD PC), and names all three fulfilment pharmacies with addresses — Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy, and Beauty Empower Rx LLC dba TruMedsRx. Every one of those six names was checked individually against the FDA's warning-letter database on 2026-09-01 and none has a letter. There is no BBB profile at all for the Delaware entity — checked, not assumed. The one thing it does not disclose is commercial rather than clinical: its cheapest advertised rate requires prepaying 48 weeks, and what happens if you cancel inside that window is only shown at checkout, after you have committed.
