Operated by Shed Holdings, LLC, 10813 S River Front Pkwy, Ste 550, South Jordan, UT 84095. Published on Shed's own site, checked 2026-10-15. Named in the Terms and Conditions (operator clause, California Civil Code §1789.3 notice and contact details, effective June 10, 2026). Our earlier record (2026-09-14) said no company name was published because it looked only at the product page and footer, which carry just “© 2026 Shed”.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel in the Patient Portal, through the cancellation link in Shed's billing emails, or by email, at least 72 hours before the next billing or shipment date. A monthly plan runs to the end of the paid period. A multi-month plan can be cancelled only after its minimum term, and a refund covers only cycles whose medication hasn't shipped, with the months used repriced at the month-to-month rate.
