Is MangoRx Legit?
Yes, MangoRx is run by Mangoceuticals, Inc., a company traded on Nasdaq that files with the SEC, and the BBB rates it A-. The catch is its price: its weight-loss page says "Starting at $67 / mo" while Slim's product page and checkout charge $299 a month.
What the records show
MangoRx is the men's-health brand of Mangoceuticals, Inc., a small-cap company publicly traded on Nasdaq. Real SEC financial disclosure requirements, a stronger and more independently-checkable legitimacy signal than any single BBB rating (which is itself clean here: A-, read 12 October 2026). Its transparency score (5.5 of 10) is held back for reasons unrelated to being public: its weight-loss page says "Starting at $67 / mo" while Slim's product page and checkout charge $299 a month, and its independent review record is thin. Two older flags no longer apply. The SSL certificate we saw expired on 22 June 2026 was valid on 26 October 2026. Eli Lilly sued Mangoceuticals in October 2024 over the advertising of its compounded oral tirzepatide tablets ("TRIM"), and that case is settled: Mangoceuticals told the SEC that on 23 June 2025 it paid Lilly $20,000 and agreed to stop marketing and selling its tirzepatide TRIM products on MangoRx.com (Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, read 26 October 2026). Its Terms name Mangoceuticals, Inc. as the operator and Epiq Scripts, LLC as the pharmacy (read 26 October 2026). Being publicly traded is a real legitimacy signal; it isn't a shield against the price contradiction.
