Compounded semaglutide is $151/mo and compounded tirzepatide $216/mo only when you buy a 3-month supply at once (a 20% discount); the price of a single month is not published as a number. So the lowest realistic monthly total is about $286 for semaglutide and $351 for tirzepatide. Watch out for
(1) AN OPEN FDA WARNING LETTER, AND THE CITED CLAIM IS STILL LIVE. On 2025-09-09 FDA sent FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 716501) for claims implying its compounded semaglutide is the same as an FDA-approved drug, quoting among others "Is Semaglutide the same as Wegovy and Ozempic? Semaglutide is the active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic" and "Semaglutide (same active ingredient as Wegovy, and Ozempic)". FDA's own table showed no response letter and no closeout on 2026-10-04. On the same day, Zealthy's weight-loss FAQ still asks "Is Semaglutide the same as Wegovy and Ozempic?" and answers "Semaglutide is the active ingredient in FDA-approved medications like Wegovy and Ozempic", and the semaglutide bundle page that FAQ links to still reads "Semaglutide (same active ingredient as Wegovy®*, and Ozempic®*)". Neither page says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Zealthy's go.getzealthy.com pricing pages do carry that statement. (2) A FEDERAL LAWSUIT OVER BILLING AND CANCELLATION IS HEADED TO TRIAL. United States v. Cerebral, Inc. (S.D. Fla., 1:24-cv-21376), brought under the FTC Act, names Zealthy, Inc., its founder Kyle Robertson and Bruno Health, P.A. (the medical group named in Zealthy's own Terms) as defendants. The docket shows no termination, a preliminary-injunction hearing set for 2026-10-05 and a jury trial set for 2027-04-19. The case is undecided. (3) THE ADVERTISED $151 IS NOT A MONTHLY PRICE YOU CAN PAY MONTH BY MONTH. It applies only when you buy three months of medication at once, it excludes the $135 membership, and Zealthy's refund policy says "With respect to medications and other prescription products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL" and that membership charges "are non-refundable". The bundle page promises "a full 30-day refund, no questions asked"; the FAQ limits refunds to people found not clinically eligible. (4) TWO FIRST-MONTH PRICES ON ONE PAGE. The pricing page offers "Get started for just $39" ($96 off) and, further down, "$86 off your first month ... which is only $49". (5) TRUSTPILOT IS SPLIT. The claimed getzealthy.com profile reads 3.2 out of 5 across 6,054 reviews (663 in the last 12 months), with 49% five-star and 41% one-star; Trustpilot's own summary says reviewers report "widespread frustration over unauthorized" payments. (6) NO PHARMACY IS NAMED. Compounded drugs are "prepared by a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy" that the pages read do not name, and no CMO is named. Ten provider bio pages exist (nine nurse practitioners or physician associates and one psychiatrist), while the FAQ describes "board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners". (7) THE SAME COMPANY HOLDS TWO MORE FDA LETTERS for other storefronts: FitRX, LLC dba FitRx (2026-02-20) and FitRX, LLC dba AM RX (2026-06-08), both for false or misleading compounded-drug claims. They are not counted against Zealthy's score. FDA states it reviewed getzealthy.com in August 2025 and cites on-site claims, e.g. "Semaglutide is the active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic", for implying the compounded semaglutide sold is the same as the FDA-approved product. FDA states compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, making the claims false or misleading and the products misbranded under FDCA sections 502(a) and 502(bb) [21 U.S.C. §§ 352(a), 352(bb)].

Confirmed regulatory action on file
United States of America (DOJ, on behalf of the FTC. FTC Act claims) lawsuit against Zealthy, Inc. and Kyle Robertson (originally filed as United States v. Cerebral, Inc.; co-defendants include Gronk, Inc., Bruno Health, P.A., Cerebral, Inc., Alex Martelli, and German Echeverry). Filed 2024-04-12 (1:24-cv-21376-RAR (S.D. Fla.)).
Billing consumers without consent and obstructing subscription cancellation (ROSCA violations); per later amended filings, also alleges Zealthy's non-clinician call-center staff used licensed physicians' names and NPI numbers to issue prescriptions without those physicians' knowledge, and misused patients' private health data for ad targeting. A Motion for Preliminary Injunction as to Zealthy, Inc. and Kyle Robertson (with a receiver recommendation letter attached) was filed 2026-04-13; litigation was still active as of July 2026 (opposition and reply briefs on file). Court exhibits directly confirm the case concerns "Zealthy Weight Loss Program". The same consumer product reviewed on this site.
⚠️ ENTITY QUESTION, stated plainly rather than resolved: this case's named defendant is "Zealthy, Inc." (confirmed by Zealthy's own privacy policy, filed as a court exhibit: "Zealthy, Inc. ('we', 'us', 'Zealthy')"). The FDA warning letter already on file for this provider (see the FDA section of this review) names a DIFFERENT legal entity: "FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy." Both concern the same consumer brand (getzealthy.com / "Zealthy Weight Loss Program") verified directly via court exhibits, but we have not independently confirmed whether Zealthy, Inc. and FitRX, LLC are the same company under different names, a renamed/restructured entity, or two related-but-distinct legal entities. Zealthy does not name the specific pharmacy that fills or compounds its medications (checked /weight-loss, /weight-loss-faq, /faqs, /terms-of-use, /subscriptions-cancellations-refunds-policy, go.getzealthy.com pricing pages, try.getzealthy.com semaglutide bundle page, 2026-10-04). That is the norm for this category, not unusual for Zealthy specifically. Most providers we've checked don't name one either. Only "a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy", "our partner pharmacy" and "the Pharmacies". The bundle page lists accreditations of unnamed "facilities" (NABP, VPP, LegitScript, 503A). The general FAQ mentions a "Zealthy Pharmacy" for hair-loss orders only.
