Not the same company as Ageless (Try Ageless). AgelessRx (agelessrx.com) is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ageless, also called Try Ageless (tryageless.com), is a separate company with a similar name and no connection to AgelessRx; it has its own review here.

Short answer

AgelessRx scores 7.7/10 (#5 of 53 clinics). $139/mo on a 4-month plan is a real, ongoing rate on the plan it applies to. Our evidence shows no sign it's a promotional rate that rises later. There is also a flagged concern. See Is AgelessRx legit? below.

Pricing details

$139/mo on a 4-month plan is a real, ongoing rate on the plan it applies to. Our evidence shows no sign it's a promotional rate that rises later.

AgelessRx's full-dose compounded GLP-1 plan is $139 a month on a 4-month plan ("Starting price applies to 4-mo plan"). The page says monthly and 2-month plans exist but prints no price for them, and does not say what the full-dose plan costs after the 4 months. Microdosed semaglutide is $99 a month on a 4-month plan billed in full, then $159 a month. Microdosed tirzepatide is advertised at $109 for the first month, with no later rate on its page. Compounded liraglutide is $149 for the first shipment with a code, then $289 a month. For Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and Zepbound, AgelessRx charges a $65 or $50 monthly membership and the drug is billed separately by NovoCare, Amazon Pharmacy or LillyDirect. Read 2026-10-16.

Questions to ask AgelessRx at intake

Each one is here because AgelessRx’s pages left it open when we read them.

  1. How do I cancel, and is anything refunded if I stop partway through a plan? We didn't find AgelessRx's cancellation terms on the pages we read.
  2. Do you serve my state? AgelessRx doesn't publish a list of states it can't serve.
  3. Do I need lab work before starting, and what does it cost? Its pages don't say whether labs are needed or what they cost.
  4. What will I pay each month after the introductory price ends? AgelessRx advertises a first-period price that differs from its ongoing rate.
  5. Is the longer plan charged up front, and can I switch to month-to-month later? At least one of its plans is billed for several months at once.
  6. Does my price change when my dose goes up? Its plan prices don't say whether they hold at higher doses.
  7. How do I reach a clinician between visits, and how fast do they reply? We didn't find a published support or messaging commitment.

Watch out for

AgelessRx names its clinicians and runs a wide GLP-1 menu; what it does not show up front is most of its price list for compounded GLP-1s. (1) ONLY THE 4-MONTH PRICE IS PUBLISHED. The GLP-1 page says "Starting at $139 / mo Monthly, 2-mo, and 4-mo plans Starting price applies to 4-mo plan". We found no price for the monthly or 2-month plan on any page, and the plan chooser asks for your height and weight before it shows anything further. The page also does not say what the full-dose plan costs after the 4 months; for microdosed semaglutide it does ($99 a month on a 4-month plan billed in full, "$159/mo after"). (2) TWO PRICES FOR MICRODOSED TIRZEPATIDE. Its product page offers "$109 / first mo" with no later rate; other AgelessRx pages read the same day carry a banner "Lowest price ever on Microdosing Tirzepatide | $159/month". (3) THE LIRAGLUTIDE PRICE IS A CODE. "Starting at $149" is the first shipment with code COMPLIRA149 ($140 off), then $289 a month. (4) BRAND DRUGS ARE NOT SOLD BY AGELESSRX. For Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and Zepbound it charges a $65 or $50 monthly membership; the medication is billed separately by NovoCare, Amazon Pharmacy or LillyDirect. AgelessRx prints the totals itself: Wegovy $264 a month for the first two months, then $414; Zepbound $364, then $464, then $514 a month. (5) A PLATFORM, NOT A PRACTICE. Its terms (dated 12 October 2026) say "you are not establishing a doctor-patient or other health care provider-patient relationship with AgelessRx"; prescriptions come from "Medical Groups" and pharmacies the terms do not name, and some states require a video visit. (6) NO STATES LIST. agelessrx.com/states-we-serve/ returns a not-found page, and we found no list of states served elsewhere. (7) ITS OWN NUMBERS. The weight-loss figures on its pages are self-reported surveys of its own customers (5,181 GLP-1 customers), and its microdosing trial is run by its own research team. (8) NOT TRY AGELESS. AgelessRx is a different company from Ageless/Try Ageless (tryageless.com), which has its own review here. WHAT WE CHECKED: Trustpilot shows AgelessRx (agelessrx.com, Ann Arbor) at 4.4 from 2,574 reviews; most recent reviews are about LDN, NAD+ and sermorelin. We found no BBB profile. Every GLP-1 page we read states that compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved. The FDA warning-letter search refused our automated request, so we make no claim either way about warning letters. DISCLOSURE ON OUR SIDE: we have no commercial relationship with AgelessRx. What the research says

Dr. Daniel J. Drucker (Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, University of Toronto. Co-discoverer of GLP-1 biology) reviewed the expanding evidence base for GLP-1 medicines beyond weight loss, including cardiovascular and kidney-disease benefit, alongside open questions on long-term safety that still require more data.

Third-party records

What we found outside AgelessRx's own site. BBB, its named pharmacy partner (or lack of one), and whether it publishes a real HIPAA notice.

Better Business Bureau

No BBB profile found for AgelessRx (checked 2026-10-16).

No BBB profile for AgelessRx came up: a BBB name search for "agelessrx" returned 391 results, and the first page held only unrelated businesses with "Ageless" in their name (medical spas, a concrete contractor, a tour operator). None is in Ann Arbor or uses agelessrx.com.

Pharmacy partner

AgelessRx does not name the specific pharmacy that fills or compounds its medications (checked agelessrx.com /terms-services/, /faq/, /how-we-work/ and the GLP-1 product pages, 2026-10-16). That is the norm for this category, not unusual for AgelessRx specifically. Most providers we've checked don't name one either. No compounding pharmacy is named. The FAQ says "Every pharmacy we work with is a licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy"; /how-we-work/ says treatment ships "from one of our US-licensed, LegitScript-certified pharmacy partners". Brand drugs are not dispensed by AgelessRx: Wegovy is billed via NovoCare, the Wegovy pill via Amazon Pharmacy and Zepbound via LillyDirect.

HIPAA disclosure

Inconclusive. The terms say "AgelessRx is not a 'covered entity'" under HIPAA and that the medical groups have adopted their own privacy practices, but we did not find a linked Notice of Privacy Practices, so we do not state that none exists.

  • + Names its Medical Director (Dr. Jenell Decker, MD) and three other clinicians, and describes unlimited provider messaging, regular check-ins and dose adjustments
  • + Unusually wide menu: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at full dose or microdosed, compounded liraglutide, and monitored access to Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and Zepbound
  • + For the brand drugs it prints its own fee and the total you will pay month by month

How AgelessRx works

  1. 1. Online intake. Complete a medical questionnaire and eligibility check (often BMI-based) covering your health history.
  2. 2. Clinician review. A licensed clinician reviews your information and, if appropriate, prescribes semaglutide or tirzepatide with a dose-titration plan.
  3. 3. Delivery & monitoring. Your medication ships discreetly to your door, with check-ins and dose adjustments along the way.
