FDA states it reviewed getzealthy.com in August 2025 and cites on-site claims — e.g. "Semaglutide is the active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic" — for implying the compounded semaglutide sold is the same as the FDA-approved product. United States of America (DOJ, on behalf of the FTC — FTC Act claims) lawsuit against Zealthy, Inc. and Kyle Robertson (originally filed as United States v.
