Is Embody Legit?
Two things are true about Embody at once, and neither cancels the other out: BBB rates it C-, with 199 complaints in the last 3 years, all of them in the last 12 months, and one BBB alert on the profile (read 12 October 2026; an earlier read on 10 September 2026 showed F, with all 21 of its 21 complaints unanswered). And it names all four of its fulfillment pharmacies, every one of which checks out clean against FDA's warning-letter database, the most thorough and verifiably clean supply-chain disclosure of any provider on this site. A reader deciding whether to trust Embody needs both facts, not the one that resolves more comfortably.

The first provider in this dataset where we could say the named supply chain checks out: all four partner pharmacies checked directly against FDA's warning-letter database, and none has one on file. ⚠️ 2026-08-30: Fridays Health names the same four pharmacies (RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, a Precision compounding pharmacy, Triad Rx). See its review. That points to a shared fulfillment network across providers, not that either clinic independently vetted its own supply chain; worth knowing when weighing this as a differentiator, though the null FDA result itself still stands for both.

Cancelling and refunds
Cancel through the patient portal or by replying to an Embody email. The Terms require the request “at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date”; after that, the next charge still goes through and is non-refundable. Cancelling “stops future billing only” and refunds nothing already paid. On a 3, 6 or 12 month bundle you agree to the full commitment period.
